SMOOTHIES - FRULLATI

Recipe for 4 persons:
360 g plain yogurt homemade
2 oranges
1 banana
1 apple
1 mango

Put all the ingredients into a blender and let swirl for 15 seconds.
That's it! Enjoy, it's healty!


Ricetta per 4 persone:
360 g yogurt fatto in casa
2 arancie
1 banana
1 mela
1 mango

Frullare per 15 secondi e godersi questa bella bomba vitaminica!



Recipe for 1 person:
180 g plain yogurt homemade
1 orange
1 grapefruit 

Put all the ingredients into a blender and let swirl for 15 seconds.
That's it! Enjoy, it's healty!

Ricetta per 1 persona:
180 g di yogurt fatto in casa
1 arancia
1 pompelmo 

Frullare per 15 secondi e gustare.
